MyFace, a MySpace/Facebook mash-up that was clearly designed with FrontPage 98, makes an appearance on ABC’s One Life To Live. SPOILER ALERT!! Jack is posing as ComicGurl15 to trick Shane, but Shane totally knows that it’s Jack because like who actually uses handles like ComicGurl15 besides pornbots and people still connecting to the Internet with dial-up AOL.

I’ve made it a point to not track product placements in reality shows because my head would explode. This SportsCenter parody on Dancing with the Stars was too cheesy not to make note of. The shows air on ESPN and ABC respectively which are owned by Disney, so this thinly-veiled example of displacement served to promote Disney’s media property. Synergy!!
